During this session, participants will learn ways to help primary-grade students learn to read more fluently and with greater comprehension. Tools covered will include iPads, the presentation app Explain Everything, Evernote, iTunes U, and Dropbox. Workshop is appropriate for 1:1 iPad scenarios or classrooms with as few as 1 device. Students working with iPads at a fluency 'station' will create video recordings of them reading leveled text. Recordings are then archived along with accompanying notes and suggested reading strategies.
